Service without proof of delivery
This is a postal service that doesn't require a signature upon delivery of the order. Therefore, there is a certain risk of delivery disputes.

Service with proof of delivery
in this case it concerns a service for which a signature is required upon delivery of the order.
On DolphinNL this service is indicated by a box and a pencil.
Pallet service
This is a pallet delivery. Please note that you will need an accessible unloading area and equipment and resources to receive the delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order and stop delivery, you can cancel it from the Order menu in your Control Panel.
However, we would like to inform you that due to the high level of automation in order management, the timeframe within which an order can be canceled may be short. The cancellation process is automatic, and for this reason, if the system does not allow a cancellation, it will no longer be possible.
Please check your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and properties carefully before completing them.

All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.
The first thing you should check is whether the number of packages received matches the number sent. Second, thoroughly inspect each package externally for signs of impact or mishandling, such as bumps, dents, holes, damaged boxes, courier labels, or any other sign that could lead to suspicion that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier's waybill, either on paper or digitally (PDA), stating "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" if these signs are present. Failure to sign a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and subsequently presenting images showing visible damage will automatically result in the claim being rejected.
